"Community P2P SAL" is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data entered by the users. Each user is solely responsible for the information posted on the platform and verification of the information posted by other users.
7. No Guarantee of Results
"Community P2P SAL" does not guarantee any specific result or outcome of matched transactions. Execution of transactions shall occur outside the platform directly between concerned users.
8. Non-Refundable Fees
All incurred fees are non-refundable (subscription fees, matching fees and Information Report fees). Fees may change, at any time, at the discretion of "Community P2P SAL".
9. Partial Funding & Allocation
Transactions may be co-funded. Any excess funding will be adjusted between Providers on a prorated basis. If a transaction request does not reach its funding target within the request period, it will be canceled. Users may submit new requests.
10. Interest Rates
Recipients set interest rates; the platform provides benchmark rates for reference only.
11. No Negotiation
Providers may accept or reject transaction terms. The platform does not fix nor facilitate negotiation of terms.
12. No Direct Assistance
The platform does not provide assistance services. Engagement with independent third party providers in specialized fields is at the user's sole discretion and liability.
13. Privacy & Data Security
The platform uses encryption and security measures and users are responsible for protecting their login credentials.
14. Legal & Ethical Use
Users must use the platform lawfully and ethically. Misuse may lead to account suspension or termination at "Community P2P SAL" sole discretion (irrespective of users' prior fees settlement which would be considered as forfeited).
15. Platform Availability
Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. "Community P2P SAL" is not liable for technical failures or interruptions resulting therefrom.
16. Indemnification
By using this platform, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless "Community P2P SAL" from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising therefrom.
